What data we collect
When you send an inquiry through the form, we process the data you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), number of participants, dates, pickup option, location and message. We process the same data when you email us, message us on WhatsApp or call us.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data only to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote and carry out the rental. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and the performance of that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and the consent you give in the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to a rental are kept for no more than 12 months after our last contact and are then deleted. If you rent from us, data that forms part of invoices and contract records is kept for as long as the law requires (generally 10 years under accounting rules).
Who has access
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website and forwards form submissions by email.
- Google Ireland Ltd. provides the mailbox where inquiries arrive.
Both providers process data on our instructions. Where data is transferred to the USA, they rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and statistics
This site does not use cookies. For basic visitor statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or collect personal data to track individuals. Fonts are served from our own server, so no data is sent to third-party font providers when you visit.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal. Send your request to povprasevanja@najemslusalk.si.
If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.
